What is FlipTree's cancellation policy for confirmed service appointments by a member?

If you cancel less than two (2) hours before such service appointment, you may be charged a fee equivalent to the hourly rate of your provider described in your service appointment. Service appointment cancellations in less than two (2) hours could negatively impact your provider. As a result, such conduct may adversely impact your ratings.
